Demand for experienced recruiters sky high in Dubai! 05 May 2010

Dubai remains to be buoyant following the turmoil of last year.  With over 60 international recruitment firms operating in Dubai, with even more UK based operators in the middle of obtaining trade licenses in the City, the demand for skilled, experienced recruiters is extremely high.   The main sectors experiencing a shortage of recruiters are IT, Telecommunications, Legal, Banking and Sales & Marketing.
 
The recruitment & search firms in Dubai service the whole GCC - some 40,000,000+ people - which includes even stronger economies, such as Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia & Qatar.  Dubai has the physical & social infrastructure to cater for the typical recruitment personality, which is why over 95% of recruiters in the GCC service the market based in Dubai and this will remain for many years to come.
