With offices in several global locations, this niche ICT recruitment company grew through 2009, making profits where others were closing. They now seek an ambitious individual with at least 8 years recruitment experience to help drive the business forward for the next five years. Your role as Regional Managing Director, with over 20 staff to adopt, will be to review existing resources, target & develop new key markets and ultimately grow the business how you see fit. With full P&L responsibility, you will be ultimately accountable and the equity stake available in the business should be hugely encouraging. As my client operates in a freezone, there will be no issues in switching, should you already hold a senior role in the UAE. |
