A leading international real estate & construction recruitment specialists are looking to hire an experience Recruitment Manager for their new operation in Brazil. Working in a lead role with P&L responsibility, your role will be to build and develop and Real Estate & Construction recruitment business, hiring, developing and training staff and leading from the front with business development activity. You are required to have experience in a similar role in Brazil, with indepth knowledge of the local real estate and construction recruitment market. You will have a proven track record in building and managing a recruitment business, with strong personal and team billing performances behind you. You must be self-motivated, ambitious, a solid communicator and ideally speak English and Portuguese. In return, you will receive a very generous basic salary with a highly motivating bonus / commission structure, autonomy to run the business in the best way you see fit and tremendous support from HQ in terms of development and investment. |
