A leading international specialist construction recruiter are looking for an experience team leader to head up their operations in Hong Kong. Working independently and reporting into the Regional Director, you will manage, develop and train a small team of 3, with plans to grow this by 100% within the first year. Your role will be hands on, meeting clients, winning business and working roles on a senior market or other chosen vertical. You will hae at least 4 years recruitment experience, with at last 12 months experience in the Real Estate & Construction market in Hong Kong / South East Asia. You will be mature, ambitious, a solid communicator and future leader of a recruitment business. In return, you will be part of an established specialisf brand in the construction sector, have the autonomy every future leader craves, be paid extremely well and ultimately satisfied.
