A leading international specialist recruitment firm focussed on FMCG, Supply Chain & Logistics are looking to recruit a recruitment team lead for their expanding and highly profitable organisation in Singapore. Working in a hands-on lead role, your job will be to lead the business development activities, working with a team of experienced consultants to build the client portfolio across South East Asia. You will be responsible for client meetings, rates negotiation, staff development and support and generating your own revenue from a chosen vertical. You are required to have a solid billing track record in FMCG, Supply Chain or Logistics, ideally internationally. SE Asia exposure isn't essential but would help your application. In addition, you must have at least 4 years solid recruitment experience, with experience of leading a small team successfully.
