A specialist ICT recruitment consultancy with an extremely strong presence in Australia and a huge international and local client base already established are looking to expand their vertical offerings by recruiting a Senior ICT Recruitment consultant. You will be proficient in managing the full 360 lifecycle from client development and penetration to sourcing mid-high level technically orientated candidates. You will of course be able to leverage of a whole host of existing clients as well as have the freedom to develop new clients. You will have experience in one or more vertical field ,such as software development, testing, project management, business analysis, SOA, Infrastructure and ICT Support, Networking and senior appointments. You are required to have at least 2 years solid track record in ICT recruitment, be dedicated to building a market and career in Sydney, be outgoing, personable, a solid networker and not over reliant on a KPI structure (i.e., they want a mature person who is accountable for themself who can operate freely without being drilled with KPIs...).
