Are you currently working the legal market, but have a poor commission structure? Are you networking solidly, day and night, and your company simply do not contribute to you success? My client are looking for a senior consultant who is well networked in the Dubai/Abu Dhabi legal arena. You will be mature, extremely well educated, driven, competitive but ultimately independent - and my client wants to pay you accordingly! Decent basic of 25k AED, however, a commission structure of up to 50% uncapped commission with extremely reasonable targets for any decent legal recruiter, is the best on the market. |
